Bankruptcy Litigation: Expert in bankruptcy litigation. Regularly litigate preference, fraudulent transfer and objection to discharge cases in Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern and Western District of Wisconsin. Skilled at motion practice, knowledgeable of federal rules of civil procedure and evidence.
Receiver: Appointed in State and Federal court to serve as liquidating receiver under State and Federal law. Served as Federal Court Receiver for 209 bed health care facility, with 12 million annual revenue.
Creditor Litigation: 15 years experience representing national lender in commercial foreclosure and work-out litigation. Responsible for collection of 20 million dollar Petroleum Environmental Clean-up Fund Act portfolio.
Other Litigation: Litigated lender liability, environmental, personal injury and business cases. Won largest punitive damage verdict in state history for bank fraud/lender liability against lender and home improvement company. Extensive writing experience.
